  • What is Riga Car Rent?

    Riga Car Rent is a relatively new brand of a local car rental company with over 10 years of experience. Riga Car Rent offers only the latest car models for customers’ safety. The main directions are short-term rentals, long-term rentals and transfer services.

  • Where is the nearest office to Riga airport?

    Riga Car Rent offers the possibility to rent and return cars at Riga airport. Our office is located not far from the Riga Airport - at the Easy Park car park.

  • How do I rent a car?

    It is very easy to rent a car at Riga Car Rent!


    It can be done:

    By visiting Riga Car Rent main office at Lielirbes street 1, Riga.

  • What to do if an incident occurs with the car?

    In case of an insured event, KASKO, the lessee is obliged to comply and act in accordance with the terms of the Lease Agreement.


    First of all, you need to inform Riga Car Rent representatives about it using one of the available phone numbers.

    If at least two cars were involved in the accident, you do not need to call the police, it is enough to fill out the agreed accident report.

    If more than two cars are involved, you must call the police!

  • What is included in the rental price?

    The rental price includes a car rental with a daily mileage limit of 150 km (it can be increased for an additional fee).

  • Are there any extra fees?

    An additional fee is applied only if the client wishes to add an additional service to his rental:

    • Child seat rental
    • GPS navigation
    • Pick-up or return of the car outside of business hours
    • Receiving or returning the car with delivery to the desired address
    • Returning the vehicle in a dirty condition, with less fuel, or damaged.
  • What should you pay attention to when you receive your car?

    First of all, pay attention to the technical condition of the vehicle - whether all fluids have been filled and whether everything is working as it should.


    Our managers always take photographs upon pick up and return of the car, in order to be sure of its condition before and after leasing to the client.

  • Where can I drop off the car after the end of the lease?

    Riga Car Rent offers the opportunity to return the rented car free of charge to our office at Lielirbes street 1 or to the ‘’Easy Park’’ parking lot near the Airport "Riga".


    It is possible to return the car to any place convenient for the client for an additional fee.

  • What are the terms of the contract?

    The terms of the lease and the agreement can be found on our website in the RENTAL CONDITIONS section.

  • How does the security deposit work?

    The deposit is blocked on the client's card for a period of 10 working days. This amount is not debited from the client's bank account, but only blocked. After 10 working days, the amount is automatically unblocked.

  • How much fuel should be in the tank when returning the car?

    Riga Car Rent rents cars with full or partially full tank of fuel. In both cases, the car must be returned with the same amount of fuel.


    If the car is not returned with the exact amount of fuel (a little less), the penalty will NOT by applied.

  • What kind of fuel to put in?

    Before receiving the car, our managers will tell you about the features of the car and inform you about what kind of fuel a particular car uses and how to refuel it.

  • Can I drive outside Latvia with a rental car?

    Riga Car Rent offers the opportunity to rent a car and use it throughout the EU, only by special agreement.
